Ceremony

Wedding Ceremony Fees

$750 / 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.*

All ceremonies and receptions can only be booked within a 14 month time period. For example, all May 2018 dates will be available to book on March 1st, 2017.

*The 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. ceremony time slots can only be booked within a six month time frame.

  • An additional one hour access to the building
  • One hour rehearsal
  • Setup of 100 white chairs
  • Holding area for bridal party in office

Reception

Reception Fees

$1,250 / 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Add a ceremony (6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)

Stupp Garden - $375

Included

  • An additional two hours access to the building
  • 80 seated indoor guests without a dancefloor
  • Optional dancefloor in Fireplace Room or on outdoor amphitheater

Stupp Center Special Events

Fees

$100.00/ hour Monday-Thursday (2 hour minimum)

$125.00/ hour Friday-Sunday* (2 hour minimum)

*Weekend rental can only be booked within a 6 month timeframe.

Rental Fees include exclusive use of the site for the contracted time period, electricity, and seating for 100 guests.

Notes

  • The Stupp Center does not have an exclusive caterer, however our preferred caterer is Hendri’s Catering. Please contact Dan at 314-752-4084 or at catering@hendris.com for more details.
  • A minimum of 2 hours must be booked for each event.
  • All cleanup/breakdown must occur during the contracted time slot.
  • A Building Damage Fee of $250 is applied to total. Refunded by check 2 to 3 weeks after the event.
