Celebrate the season and support a St. Louis treasure! Hosted by Tower Grove Park, the 9th Annual Frosted 5K raises essential funds to keep the Park a vibrant, beautiful urban oasis all year long. Participants of all ages can enjoy a scenic 5K or 1-mile fun run, followed by a festive celebration at the Frosted Holiday Market and Pop-Up Bar.
All proceeds from this event help to continue providing maintenance, beautification, educational opportunities, recreation, and enjoyment for all at Tower Grove Park!

Volunteers Needed
We are seeking volunteers to help make this event a success! Volunteer opportunities are available at set up, registration, on-course stations, and event clean up. Please contact Kimberly Taylor at ktaylor@towergrovepark.org if you would like to volunteer.

Start/Finish Location: The Old Carriage Shelter 4214 Main Drive (Race begins at 10:30 a.m.)
Registration starts at 9:30 am.
Packet Pickup Info
Friday, December 12th from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tower Grove Park Office (4257 Northeast Drive, 63110)
Race-day pickup will also be available at the Old Carriage Shelter beginning at 9:30 a.m.
Awards
Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in the 5K, as well as best costume. 1-Mile Fun Run participants will receive a participation prize.
