Five years of festive cocktails, holiday cheer, and a little too much tinsel—Frosted returns to Tower Grove Park’s historic Piper Palm House this December 11–27.
Presented by STL Barkeep, this annual pop-up transforms the Tower Grove Park’s infamous glasshouse into a cocktail winter wonderland, serving up handcrafted holiday drinks, twinkling lights, and holiday cheer. From classic cold-weather favorites to new creations worth toasting twice, Frosted is where the holidays get a little brighter—and the cocktails a little stronger.
This year we’re thrilled to feature food from Nate Hereford of Chicken Scratch (formerly Niche)—thoughtful, seasonal dishes designed to pair beautifully with Frosted’s holiday cocktails. And to make things even merrier, we’ll feature live jazz music on select nights, bringing a little swing to your seasonal sipping.

It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the cancellation of the 2025 Frosted Holiday Pop-Up Market.
The safety of our guests is always our top priority, followed closely by creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience at Tower Grove Park. With Sunday’s dangerously frigid forecast, we cannot ensure either. This decision was not made lightly.

Celebrate the season and support a St. Louis treasure! Hosted by Tower Grove Park, the 9th Annual Frosted 5K raises essential funds to keep the Park a vibrant, beautiful urban oasis all year long. Participants of all ages can enjoy a scenic 5K or 1-mile fun run, followed by a festive celebration at the Frosted Holiday Market and Pop-Up Bar.
