Facility Core Enhancements

Four interrelated construction projects are designed and will be constructed in the heart of the Park. These improvements will enhance the Park’s ability to maintain our landmark status and will add revenue generating resources.

Restoration of Four Additional Pavilions

The National Park Service (NPS) has awarded Tower Grove Park a Save America’s Treasures grant of $500,000 to refurbish four Victorian Pavilions, key structures in the Park’s National Historic Landmark status: Old Carriage, Humboldt South, Cypress South, and Lily Pond pavilions.

A second gift of $300,000 was also pledged by the Robert J. Trulaske, Jr. Family Foundation with an additional $25,000 from the Gateway Foundation and $250,000 from Berges Family Foundation.
