Children's Performance Series: Alma Mexico

Join us at the outdoor amphitheater of the Tower Grove Park Stupp Center for a series of summer fun! Children and families will enjoy performances from storytellers, musicians, dancers, and more as they clap along and learn a few moves. The performance series is free and open to the public. Registration is not required. In the case of inclement weather, please consult this event page.

friday, July 17: Alma mexico

Alma de Mexico is a dedicated Mexican folklore dance group whose mission is to preserve, showcase, and educate audiences about the rich traditions of Mexican culture through authentic dance, music, and vibrant costume. Our performance will offer an engaging and educational experience for all attendees.

Audio description services are available upon request with several weeks notice.

FAQ

  • Registration is not required.

  • Gates open at 9:30am and performances end at 10:45 with a Q&A after.

  • Limited seating on the amphitheater benches is available so guests are welcome to bring their own picnic blanket to sit on the grass. 

  • Restrooms are available on-site inside the Stupp Center upon request.

  • In the case of inclement weather, updates will be provided on Tower Grove Park’s social media sites (website, Instagram, and Facebook).
