Remembering Anne Stupp
We are saddened to share the news of the passing of Anne Stupp, a cherished and devoted friend of Tower Grove Park. Anne joined the Park’s Board of Commissioners in 2005 and served as Board President from 2008 to 2011.
When her term concluded in 2014, she was named an Emeritus Commissioner in recognition of her thoughtful stewardship and deep commitment to the Park. Anne played an essential role in creating some of Tower Grove Park’s most beloved signature events, including Martinis at the Mansion and Flower Power. Through her creativity and care, these events welcomed neighbors, supporters, and visitors together in celebration of community and the historic beauty of the Park.
Anne leaves a lasting legacy—one rooted in generosity, joy, and a heartfelt belief in the power of shared green spaces. We are grateful for her many years of service and friendship. Our hearts are with her family and all who knew and loved her.
“I will never be able to thank her enough for starting Flower Power. One of the best things we did for the Park!”
— Jane Piper Gleason, Emeritus Member, Board of Commissioners
