The Stupp Center in Tower Grove Park offers a range of activities to St. Louis seniors, including guided walks, physical fitness courses, group bicycle riding, nature crafts landscape painting, and recreational and educational bus-trips - all taking place on the grounds of the park.

In addition to these regularly scheduled activities, the Senior Center sponsors a bi-monthly birthday party (lunch, entertainment and prizes), lectures, and bus trips to plays and local attractions.
