Anyone who has driven past Tower Grove Park is aware of the popularity of its paths among walkers, joggers, and bicyclists, and of its athletic fields among soccer and football players. But, did you know that Tower Grove Park is also home to the only public grass tennis courts in the metropolitan area? And to twelve of the finest hard-surfaced tennis courts in the city? Did you know that the children's wading pool has been free to the public since 1914? Have you tried your hand - eye coordination on one of the six corkball fields? On one of the ten Softball fields? On one of the three Baseball fields? Or on one of the six Soccer fields? Isn't it about time you did?
We ask that everyone enjoy the beautiful setting of the Park, but also follow the rules and guidelines for field use.
To inquire about reservation fees for the use of the baseball, softball, corkball, and soccer fields please call Lesley Freeman, Recreation Coordinator, at 314-771-4484 for specific information about the different fields.
